Borrowing from the lessons learned in designing their custom 'Z Bone' series and their fastest selling KLX series, the designers at Kistler will once again rock the fishing industry with the Helium3. Entirely MADE in the USA and with stunning good looks, this new Helium3 will undoubtedly be the go to rod for the fisherman looking for the ultimate in performance. The Helium3 is totally redesigned from the blank up. This rod has the perfect balance between sensitivity and power. Great rod for skipping a light jig under dock and great power to horse the big girls out. Kistler has hit a home run with this rod. Perfect for tight quarters texas rig flipping as well. This one has turned into my workhorse (Posted on 11/3/16)

This is a rod capable of many applications. I use it as a jig rod, swimbait rod and it is my go to frog stick. This rod has pulled them out of some heavy cover and yet it has great feel. You can't go wrong with this rod. (Posted on 9/7/16)

  8. Good All around Stick Review by Nathan

The sensitivity and backbone of the Helium series is second to none. I have fished the Helium 7ft6 X heavy for a couple of years. Its my go to rod for fishing the nasty stuff however I was looking for heavy rod that fit a little better for pitching smaller jigs and Texas rigs. I found what I was looking for in this lightweight stick. You can flip and pitch with this rod all day without fatigue. If your looking for an all around round that's sensitive, light and strong that wont wear you out. This rod is a must have. Thanks Kistler for this awesome Rod (Posted on 3/25/16)

  9. Not your average Heavy action rod! Review by PETE

This is one of the best all-purpose rods I've ever used. Don't be intimidated by the Heavy/X-fast rating, you can pretty much use it like a standard MH rod and it casts light 1/4oz baits with ease. I've used this for worms, spinnerbaits, senko/fluke, all kinds of jigs, smaller swimbaits, frogs, pitchin, even traps. These days everyone wants a special rod for every technique, but I'd rather have ten of these that I can use for almost all my fishing! (Posted on 3/2/16)

This rod is perfect for when you are close to cover and wanting to flip in tight places. This rod will also allow you to skip jigs pretty easily in tight cover. Definitely a rod that every angler needs in his rod locker! (Posted on 2/27/16)

  11. great paddle tail swimbait rod Review by Joel

I have found this rod to be great for throwing 4-6 inch hollow body swimbaits. The rod loads up well on the cast and has the backbone to set the hook. It can really serve purpose on heavy spinnerbaits, bottom contact baits, and large topwaters too. Very versatile. H3 rods are great quality for the money. (Posted on 1/8/16)

  12. Fast Action with Backbone Review by Mike

This is a fantastic multi-purpose rod that can handle several different applications. It has Extra Fast action but still has the backbone to set the hook in extreme conditions. IMO, this rod is between Medium Heavy and Heavy. Fit and finish are superb like all the Kistler rods. (Posted on 10/28/15)

  13. Great in tight cover Review by Scott

I prefer a somewhat shorter rod for working around tight cover. I find 7' to be perfect, and this rod has all the backbone you need to get 'em out! Mainly I use it for pitching 3/8 oz jigs and weightless Senkos. (Posted on 6/12/15)
