Put my Helium LTA 6'9" and 7' rods to the test today. They perfromed effortlessly. Ended up catching 10 LMB today.
But even before I took my LTA's out for the first time I rigged them up and enjoyed the lightness......
Using an LTA - It's an experience to enjoy, even if you don't catch a fish.

Is your 6'9" LTA a spinning rod? I just ordered the LTA He69APS, med-hvy, spinning rod, but won't get it for about a week. I was wondering how stiff this rod really is. I plan to throw jerk baits, braided 10lb line with a clear leader. It should work great - But I hope it is not too stiff. Anybody else have this rod?

Sorry it's not. It's a bait casting rod - heavy action.

That is the great thing about Kistler Rods is they are so sensitive that it is hard not to catch a fish while using them.
