Big bass 1/10/06

Well got my first 8lber of the year. Fish was caught on the 78 All day flippin stick. This is my new favorite jig rod. It was real windy and I still felt the fish take the take the jig. I have 25 lb pline ( - - blocked - - ) and it works great for 1/2 jigs in that grass on Guntersville. She weighed 8-2. It looks bigger I hope my scales were zeroed first i only wieghed her once and i was real excited.

It usually is my dad but today was a solo trip so I had to go to the local tackle store and get them. They took the pic and want one for the shop too. Biggest they said they have seen in 3 months.
