Helium Rock Cod !!!

Went fishing today for Rock Cod off the California Coast. My brother caught this nice, 7 or 8 pound Grass or Brown Cod jigging with his He69APC in about 45 feet of water:



I managed this nice 6 pound Vermillion Cod about 2 minutes after his fish:

A vermilion cod. Interesting. Lake Vermilion is my home lake. Vermilion means Red Sunsets or red hue. Just like that dandy fish you got.
