Kistler- high quality and extreme caring

This is my first post to this web site. I have a Kistler helium rod on order and I have been reading many of the posts on this site and felt compelled to register and write in today. I know the topic of my post does not fit the category I am writing in but I wanted it in the area that was read by the most people. This evening I was watching the Discovery Chanel and it was the story about 11 year old Aaron Perez who loves surf fishing iin the Texas gulf and was attacked by a shark this past summer, and survived. Aaron hit the shark numerous times in the gills with his left arm while his right arm was in the sharks mouth. Aaron is now recovering from his wounds and is in therapy and is back to fishing. He showed tremendous courage and faith throughout the whole ordeal. Someone at Kistler rods heard about the story soon after it happened and was so moved by his courage that they invited Aaron and his dad down to the store to pick out a couple of custom made rods for free. There aren't many companies out there that I know of that are that caring for others. Talk about customer service! WOW What a class act. With the quality and care that the Kistlers put into their products they will have my business forever. The goodness of your heart shows in your product and your actions toward others. You are the best because you have the best intentions.

man what a story. its glad to hear that he will be ok and that the store would do something like that. just to show you that there are still some real decent people out there

That was news to me but I'm not surprised. Trey and his people are the best there is both in skilled workmanship, design, and just plain decency.
