Just wondering if anyone has tried any of the helium series rods on the large 9"-12" swim baits? If so, which model helium and how well did it work for them?

I have used my Helium 7', 6" Extra Heavy Caster for throwing a [-- login to view link --] 7" Slammer. It would be heavier(I think?) than a similar soft-plastic swimbait. I believe it has the 'spunk' to handle the larger baits too.

I think Dan is right on about the 7'6" Extra Heavy. That's what I use for 7 and 9" Osprey swimbaits.
