Just got a 7 ' medium action rod used it for first time today with a shakey head worm rig caught a 17" and 15 " love the rod.

That was my first Helium too. I have four of that model .

when i got mine i was wondering if a medium action would have enough backbone. Well i was wrong it has more than enough and all i can say is that it's my go to rod at crunch time in tournaments.
