I have been looking around this site for quite a while now and can't decide on what rod I want to Purchase. I figured someone on this forum could steer me in the right direction based on their opinions of which rod to use. I want a rod to use strictly for finesse/Shakey head fishing. I would really appreciate any recommendations that I recieve.
Thanks,

I do a lot of light tackle fishing. The best spinning rod on the PLANET for 4 - 6lb test finesse fishing is the He2M69S. For shakey heads, tubes and small texas rigs, try the spinning rods in the 6'9" to 7' length, med-lite or medium power. Both the LTA and Mag TS have great rods in their series.

In my opinion the best rod for this is the 7 foot medium light LTA spinning rod. The length combined with the softer tip is excellent for casting 1/8oz jig heads on 6 pound line. The sensitivity is outstanding for feeling even the lightest pick ups. Good fishing!! Andy
