ok Im going to bite the bullet and get one of the He2 for spinnerbaits.. I like the 6'9MH. what do you think? I want it for pitching as well and long casts, and deepwater (35-50ft)... I already have a 6'MH that I like for docks and tight quarters but it lacks the back bone for proper hooksets at longer ranges and deepwater spooning..should i get the 6'9 or the 7'? I like my 7' rods..but some times they hit the water when I side/over hand loop cast which i do ALOT with spinners to make the entry silent...what do you think? I know I probably just answered my own Q. can you tell me about this rod? also is the rod a general purpose rod? how is it differant from the graphite specific design KSBS69? besides the materials and wieght of course...
Thanks ALOT

Still awaiting the arrival of my first He2's but based on my experience with the original Helium line, I'd definitely go with the 6'9" MH for just the reasons you stated...

that's the one i use, it is perfect! just enough tip for accurate casting and enough back bone to handle the big un!
