How would I know if an LTA on eBay is a second or not?

They usually state so in the add, but if not, send a question to the seller and ask. Smile

My rule of thumb is never to buy a rod off ebay unless it is a good seller. What if they said it wasn't a second but it really was? How would you know the difference?
