i fished a small club tournament with 26 boats this past weekend at lake Murray in southern Oklahoma. wind was howling out of the south about 20 to 30 mph. the bite was so light anyway, and with the wind it was almost impossible to feel the bite. i was using a 7 ft graphite plus ksms7 rog throwing a small craw bait on a texas rig. the super sensitive Kistler helped me to feel every little tap . i managed to put together a nice sack of smallmouth including a 5.37 largmouth kicker to secure the win. there was only three limits weighed in and most of the other anglers only had one or two fish. i truly believe that Kistler Rods was responsible for my success . thanks for creating such a super sensitive awesome product. future Kistler Pro, Ron Brown, Norman Oklahoma

congrats on the win. but thats the reason i fish these rods in a nutshell. out here in california on my main reservoir i fish, we have to carolina rig very deep all year long. up to 80'. its really hard to detect bites sometimes, i use the 7' heavy helium and detect the pull of the fish enought o set the hook and take top 5 honors every time. there rods are trully umbelievable and cant wait to feel the newest line. Thanks for the story and enjoy the new rod and the many others to follow.
