I am very happy to say I will never buy any other fishing rod other than a Kistler !

I have purchased several Kistler rods in the past two years and thought that they were very good rods. I recently purchased a new Kistler rod and was having some difficulty with the reel seat and sent Trey an email about it. He personally contacted me today, only 1 day after i sent the email, on my cell phone on my way to the Potomac River and helped me resolve the situation. I'm embarassed to say my problem was a lack of common sense on my part. Trey, thanks for not pointing that out to me on the phone ! My opinion now is that Kistler rods are the best rods available PERIOD ! I am by no means Kistlers largest customer but this is not the first time I've recieved a call from Trey personally to answer my questions or tell me about the status of an order. I can honesty say I've never experience this quality of customer service from any other company EVER ! Sorry if it sounds like I'm preaching but it sounds that way because I am.

My only problem now is figuring out how to make my other brand of rods mysteriously dissapear so I can replace them with Kistlers. Anyone interest in any St Croix's or Falcons.
