I own 15 Kistlers, including Magnesium, LTA, LTX II, GRAPHITE PLUS and Carbon STEEL and I love every one of this rods.

My wife and I purchased a new boat in late 08'. She decided to give me a couple of new rods for Christmas and let me pick them out. I normaly do alot of pitching around heavy cover and grass with soft plastics and jigs. I chose the Helium LTA 6'9" heavy.
I have several All Star, Falcon, and Loomis rods and they can in no way compare to the sensitivty of the LTA's. I'm still astonished everytime I use them ( which I do exclusively now). They have not only improved my strike detection, it's almost like I have ESP now. The best way to describe a strike is like striking a tuning fork on a hard surface ( Total vibrations). I matched the 2 rods with the new Shimano Curado E7's so whether I'm throwing a 8" lizard or jig-N-pig the feel and balance are the same. The light weight and backbone in these rods not only allow me to cross their eyes when setting the hook, it gives me the ability to move a 5- 6lb. fish out of the cover on the hookset. I have to say that what I read about your products has become my own knowlege now, and the statement that you get what you pay for is so true. I cant help but attach a picture of the second fish I stuck on the first trip with this equipment. ( 9lb. 4oz.)
Keep up the good work. I will buy more and tell ( - - blocked - - ) Shocked
Well, I tried to attach a pic but its limited to 256 kb. It would do no good to show only half of this girl,,,,LOL

Bucky,

Welcome to the family and the forum. We are glad you decided to give our rods a try. I always try and explain to people about how sensitive the rods are but until you fish with one.

Congrats on a great fish also. Let us know if we can be of any help in the future.
