stumpy-
What are you flipping?
If your using jigs, I would highly recommend the Helium LTA 7ft. X-Heavy. I absolutely love this rod.
If you flipping soft plastics, I would say the Helium LTA 6'9" Medium Heavy.
So, I guess my vote would be the Helium LTA's! Not too much weight difference.

Stumpy,
Both the He76HC one piece and the MgADFP78 Telescopic rods have true fast action tips. So if you are planning on flipping lighter weight lures, then these are the best two choices. The weight is close between the two. The Helium has the new Fuji ACS reel seat and better guides than the Mg, but the price is $50 higher too.
Either way, you will love both.
Merry Christmas to yourself!

I have both rods and love them both. they do both have fast actions but i actually think the mg is slightly stiffer. The mg makes a great all purpose stick where i usually use the He 7'6" H for throwing big spinnerbaits and flipping lighter lures. It also excels when flipping shallow water. It doesn't pull the bait away from the fish on the hookset like a XH rod does. Hope this helps.
