Need help matching rod with reels

Morning all,
Needing your expert advice I'm trying to decide which rod to put my Diawa Viento on. I'm leaning towards the He70mhc. I've got a fuego on the 6'6 all purpose and need this rod to be multipurpose but mainly for jig and worms and such.

Also I want to help my friend who needs a rod for a curado. Should he go with the 200 or 300 curado and what multipurpose rod would be best?

ooops. I have the fuego on the 6'9 APC. The 6'6 is my spinning rod. Anyway should I go with the 70mhc or the 76mc i've been reading about or something else?
