Fishing for the Army National Guard in the upcoming 2007 FLW Tour as a co-angler is such an honor. An honor to be wearing the colors and to know what this awesome branch of our military stands for. In December the Guard angling team went to Washington, D.C. to get a Guard 101 course. The National Guard is an elite group of warriors who dedicate a portion of their time to serve their nation. Each state has it's own Guard, as required by the Constitution; in fact it is the only branch of the military whose existence is actually required by the Constitution. It was formed in 1636. It is truly a group who Makes A Difference in this world. That is my personal desire to Make A Difference Fishing and in all areas in my life. I encourage anyone who wants to go to college and can't afford it to check out the National Guard. They will pay your tuition. Go to [-- login to view link --] 1-800-GO-GUARD.com.
Here is a picture of Scott Martin and Diane DeLaGarza giving Sgt. 1st Class Frank O'Laughlin his Christmas present, the Helium 2 LTX. (The lightest and most sensitive rod anywhere!)
Keep on fishin' <")))>< Diane
