Hey guys,
Please help me out. I am new to Kistler and need to get a finesse rod. This rod will be used for light weight texas rigs, bitsy bugs, teeny torpedoes and the like. If I can get a graphite plus great, but if someone is real convincing I would get a magnesium or helium. If you have a used rod that would fit the bill let me know. Maybe I could afford books that way (college grad student)

Forgot to add that this rod will be attached to a Shimano 50mg

If your not set on a baitcaster check out the graphite plus 6'9 tube and finesse special. I have one and it's great, it helped cash quite a few checks this year when the fishing has been tough plus it really light.

I use the same reel and have been very pleased with the Senko Special in the Graphite line. I use it for unweigthed Senkos, light texas riugged small worms, and even trick worms very successfully. I suggest it over the other baitcasters because it seems to have more backbone than using the crankbait rods. I do have a 6'3" dock skipper, but don't find it very conducive in other "light tackle" applications. Hope this helps-
