Custom rods

Hello,
My name is Ben Lipiec, I am 19 years old and live in Erie, PA. I, like many of the fishermen in my area, am a fan of those long rods. Especially bombing flukes on the flats and throwing tubes and grubs deep, but I also like to use light line on my casting rods. I was wondering if I could get a rod like the 7'6" ml coastal Graphite Plus rod but with a fast action not mod. fast., and also with the MagnesiumTS handle. Thank you very much.
