Incase anybody is curious, I just got my new rod today and it weighed in at 3.565 ounces. I have it paired up with a Shimano Chronarch 50mg and 12lb Sugoi fluorocarbon. The balance point is 2" forward from the tip of the reel.

Can't wait to get some casts on the lake this weekend!

Glad you hear you paired it up with the finest reel available. That is my favorite combo so far.

Have fun and I hope you catch the biggest fish of your life on your new He2 rod.

We appreciate your support,

Trey
