Well I used the new rod today and WOW it is so light. I didn't catch any fish but had alot of hits. They just didn't want the fluke today. I will say another Kistler will be in my future

What kept the "hits" from becoming "catches"? What hook(and size) are you using? How are you rigging it?

They just didn't want to take teh fluke all the wayy, they were hitting prop baits better. I am using the either 4/0 or 5/0 Gamakatsu EWG hook. This is the way i normally rig them but my buddy couldn't catchh but two on the fluke, they were taking hardbaits better. I will go tonight and i know i will catch some on the fluke
