I need a great all around spinning rod!which one?

I have been using shimano compre spinning rods in MH & M both 7 feet,but snapped one & it has not been replaced yet so thinking of replacing it with a rod that can do what I need to do!,I fish mostly the tidal chesapeake bay & some lakes mostly fish 1/8 to 3/16 oz texas rigs & tubes w/10lb line,also senko's for docks(skipping) w/12lb line the shimano's would just not give me the feel I needed ,but don't what to have more than two spinnig rods,what Kistlers should I consider?
