any problems with bass pro?

ordered a magnesium alton jones composite from basspro while they were on sale and it didnt say they were low in stock or out of stock and i chose yes to put it on back order if needed. Now i get an e-mail saying its out of stock and will not be placed on back order. I dont know if theyre doing this because it was on sale or what but it seems unfair. What should i do in this situation?

By the way I ordered it last night and saw the e-mail today and now magically they removed the rod from their website.

This model has been discontinued for 2009. We are out of stock as well as most of the stores in America. Sorry for the confusion. Please give us a call if you would like to get your hands on one of the 2010 models available very soon. Thanks,
