5/23/05 6:08pm Gary Yamamoto's Service--thumb's up
As y'all must realize, I've been going thru a bunch of Senkos for the last couple of months. I've been throwing them wacky-rigged and catchin' Bass but the bait get's thrown off as the Bass fights as I play it in.
I ordered 6 packs of their 5" Senkos in color #222 recently. They didn't arrive when they should have. Turn's out, GY left off one digit in my "Ship To" addy. You'd think the local UPS office would have recognized my name and the 90% correct addy as I've gotten many shipments there over the years. The baits arrived today, about 6 days late after I called UPS and found out what their problem was.
I emailed GYCB and told them how disappointed I was and how I've been a customer since 1999 so I knew they had my addy.... Monica emailed me back and apologized for their mistake. She said she would give me four packs of any soft-plastic baits of my choice for my 'troubles' . Not too shabby.

Dan,
Yes, Yamamoto has excellent service and are a pleasure to deal with. If you don't already know, a #6 split ring slides nicely over your senko's. Run the hook behind the split ring and skin hook the senko and this will cut your loss of senkos in half. Andy

FYI, Strike King Zeros won't fall off the hook during the fight.
Not bashing Senkos at all though, I love them too.
