And while I am relativly new to the Kistler rod family I must say I am more than impressed. I have a KXBPS68 that borke in 2 and I called today (clifford told me to send it in with the check for return shipping). Also I had a rod guide on my helium lost the inner ring due to user error..
I bought the rods at a expo so I have no ideal on reciepts etc... thought I would probably just have to save up to try save up and buy a new one ....I have to say I was amazed at how fast and no hassle this was... the rods will go out to be fixed tomorrow.. and I am just thrilled...
Kistler I assure you you have a Customer for LIFE!
Now if I could only get that sponsership..
