I understand the Kistler blanks sold on Ebay are authentic. They seem to all end is a "C". Does this mean a casting blank? I'm looking for a spinning blank. Would that end in "S"? Or can the "C" blank work for both casting and spinning?

Yes, the C identifies the blank as a casting model. Yes, you can use these blanks to build spinning rods. In most cases, there is no difference. Enjoy!
