In my opinion, you might want to stick with a real graphite rod such as the Helium because carrots do not hold up very well under fishing conditions, so I've been told by everyone. Kistler's 2009 rods are holding up better than ever we are told by our customers.
The MH is more of an multi purpose moving bait rod and the Hvy is great for all around worms and jigs in heavy cover. I do not know exactly what the orange stick fishes like. I have held them in my hand and they feel very nice...too nice to hold up until real conditions.

And apparently Ducket has left E21 over quality issues...

Something about the average buyer not getting the sames quality rods that the prostaff get. I doubt that would be the case with Kistler... you buy what the prostaff get.

Boyd has indeed left E21. Go with Kistler. You won't be sorry.

I have a carrot stix in the 6'9MH casting model. It is very light but strangely its is not very sensitive. I donīt know why but there is a big difference between the carrot and my He2 66MH, and even between my LTA 7'Heavy. Maybe itīs the blank material or the guides, I donīt know but definitely Kistler is better.
Another issue with the carropt stix is they scratch very easily, I give my rods equal care and the kistlers are like new but the carrot has some scratches, some of them fairly deep. Yet another issue is that even when the grip material is very comfortable, the grip itself is very narrow and after using it the whole day I developed blisters... maybe itīs just my way of holding the rod but I definitely won't buy a carrot. Unfortunately I can't trade mine or sell it because it's a gift from my wife, so...
The carrot is a veryy nice, light rod but definitely not as sensitive as the LTA or LTX, I would put it a tad below the Magnesium and the guides look a bit plain. I am told that carrot spinning rods are definitely better but I really can't tell...
My advice, buy a Helium LTX or otherwise a LTA, it's definitely worth the investment! The LTX are just beautiful and the grip is exceptional for my taste.
Hope it Helps,
