Hello,
What are the differences in weight and sensitivity between similar models of Argon & last year's Lta? With 2008's LTAs on sale, the Argon is just a bit more expensive... What would be a better choice between the two? Aesthetics aside...
Thanks,

Well my opinion is bias but both are very nice rods. If you like a full cork grip...LTA. If you like split grip...Argon. Blank weight is about the same. The Argon has technique specific models if you want help picking the perfect model. LTA are standard lengths and powers if you know what you want. It is a toss up and the ultimate decision has to come from you. Either way, you can't go wrong. Good luck.

Another difference between the Argon and the Helium are the guides. The Helium uses the Fuji SS Sic guides which are the best money can buy and the Argon uses Fuji Aconite Guides.
