Calling Kistler

I have a small problem with 2 of my Kistler rods (Hook hanger) and have been trying to call for 2 days to speak with someone about this.
I keep getting like a solid busy signal tone.
Anyone know of a Phone # besides (281) 259-8033 ?

Give us a call now at that same number. Our phone lines have been down since the storms from last Friday and Sat as were our internet. Thanks,
