What is needed to make the best rod from a Kistler Blank

Hello Kistler Users!
I have never made a custom rod but would like to try with a H2 blank. My question concerns what the best materials are to try this and where do I purchase them? Plus a complete list of materials I would need. I would like to make a 7' - 7'2" MH to H worm and jig rod but only want to use the finest materials since I'm using the finest blank! Any help or advice would be appreciated! I already own 6 Kistler rods but would like to try my hand at building one!
