Stuck between 2 spinning rods

magnesium 6'10' med-heavy 8-17 lb Fast Taper
LTA 6'9" med-heavy 12-20 lb Extra fast taper

sometimes you need the rods in your hands to feel the difference.

I prefer that telephone pole feel of extra fast...but the price difference is killing me.

Do the tapers run strong or soft in comparison to other rods?

If money werent an option I would probably chose the LTA. What if you get the rod and dont take it out of the bag. You feel that action and dont like it. Can it be returned if it is still in the bag? Swapped for another rod?

It sounds like you will need to get the LTA for sure after hearing your likes. You are welcome to return for an exchange if you decide it is not exactly what you expected. I think it will fit you perfectly.

How much extra would we be looking at to have Kistler do this at the factory?

What type of weight system has been used or will be used?

Is it a BPS conversion or something else?

Im a firm believer of a properly balance rod even if it adds a little weight. Especially on spinning tackle.
