Went today to lake conroe..started out and got to our first stop in a small cove along some boat docks..throwing my new kistler magnesium ts crank bait rod ,slow rolling a beaver along the boat docks..On my third cast of the morning..Before it even hit bottom..FISH ON..Ended up being right around 5 lbs.. Thanks Kistler Rods for an awesome rod....john

It was pretty cold going across the lake at 6:45 am.. They had a small tournament going on as well, i think 8 boats..yea there wasnt much boat traffic that morning...Thanks
