moderate-fast or fast

i want to buy a mag all purpose 7' for my shaky heads and weightless tubes. some guys say that it's not fast enough and it would be better to go for the 6.10 mh tube rod. is there a big difference between the 2 rods? is this rod a fast rod or moderate fast and how would it handle small jigs?

For small jigs with light line, go with the MgAPM70S. For a bait heavier than 1/2 oz and around cover using 17lb and up, go with the MgTBWWMH610S.
