2008 Helium 7XHeavy

Lots of very nice comments I've seen about this rod. Anyone with the 2008 version reel seat willing to let me know what you think of the rod? Approximate weight? My application would be Frogs, C-Rigs and Jigs.

Should I be concerned about breaking this rod on a hookset? I've read more then I care to about rods breaking on a hookset.

I would get this He70XHC if you want a super strong and light weight rod for frog fishing. Don't worry about breaking the rod. Use the drag properly on your reel and you'll loose less fish and break fewer lines, hooks and rods. We have these in stock so call us if you want one. Thanks,

I use the He70HC for my c-rig applications. I have used this rod for 2 years with out any problems.
