First rod, more to follow. Big smallie

Went ahead and bought the 6 10 Kistler Magnesium TS Medium Heavy tube/senko/fluke rod and I couldnt be happier. Paired up with a Shimano Stradi FI 2500.

Fished Candlewood in CT last Saturday and smoked a 14.89 lb limit.

Using a 1/4oz tube with 8lb flouro, I can truly say this rod made the difference. I would pull up to a hump, feel my way around and finally tick a few isolated rockpiles on large humps. It got to the point where I would call my shots and have my partner toss his dropshot right on the rock pile's I found with the help of my sweet kistler.

Also managed my PB smallie at 4.02lbs. Landed 3 fish over 3 including a suicidal 3.25lb largie in 30fow. Over 20 keepers.



Il be purchasing a 7foot magnesium TS cranking stick as soon as one of you reccomends the better rod for my application- mostly shallow (less then 15fow), lots of rattletrap and small luckycraft cranks.
