I just wanted to drop a quick line to say "Thank you" to Cindy.

I was looking to order the 7' MgCBCGGM70 on line last weekend, but when I went to add it to the cart and pay for it, it showed it wasn't in stock. What a let down, so I e-mailed Kistler to check on an ETA to see when they would be back in stock.

Monday morning, 3-3-08, Cindy e-mailed me to tell me she had updated the site, and I could now order it. I did that morning, they shipped it THAT day, got the tracking number, tracked it on-line and it arrived a day earlier than expected.

It's right here in my office already to go for the USA Bassin' tournaments starting March 15th.

Talk about AMAZING customer service!!! WOW!

Hopefully we'll get some pics of "keepers" caught on Kistlers to post here through the season.

It's in our blood to go above and beyond the normal call of duty. Just like the old saying, "I was just doing my job"..."And then some".
