2/16/08 4:16am Need to replace a Loomis BCR803 Recoil
HI guys,
i'm replacing all my Loomis rods with Kistler rods (thanks to the European dealer T2 Distribution) but i still can't find a rod to replace my BCR803 Recoil!
i use this ex-fast rod for fishing jigs of 3/8 max and smaller and texas rig!
Actually i have a He2HC70 for bigger jigs and heavier plastic rigs, but what to use for these other applications?
Maybe the rod closer to this one is the He2MHC69, but i'm not sure!
What do you think?
Thanks
Daniele

the 6'9" MH probably would be the closest to that rod, but if you like longer rods, you cant beat the 7'6" MH helium for light light flipping. i flip jigs up to 7/16 on that rod. the rod is rated for 12-20 lb. line, but i have gone down to 8 lb. gamma edge on it. just set the drag right!

Dan,
I really like the He2MH 7 ft rod for the lighter jigs and soft plastics. The 6ft 9in rod in MH would also be a good choice if you want a shorter rod. I feel all the 6ft 9in rods are the most versatile rods you can buy in MH. So I don't think you would go wrong either way.
CIAO MAN,
stai a massacrare pure questi??? ti voglio tanto bene....
SORRY BUDDIES for typing italian, hope you won't mind that much.
