Which rod is lighter?

I want to know is the HE70HC lighter than the MgJTH70

Also has anyone used both of them and what your opinion of each rod

I have and fish both these rods frequently on Lake Fork. You are talking onces in weight difference. With the heavy rods like these, the onces dont make a big difference, such as on drop-shot rods or finesse rods.
As far as preference on the 2, I like and use the Helium II's 7ft. Heavy 75% of the time Im fishing. But I do use the Magnesium Jig and Toad rod for Frog fishing, but have used it for C-rigging before.
You cant go wrong with either rod.
