I would have to agree. I have several graphite plus series rods and Magnesium TS rods and have to admit, the Mags are awesome. My favorite rod is the Jig N Toad Special. I fish this rod all of the time on the Mississppi River flipping Jigs (from 1/4 oz. to 1 oz using 50 or 60 pound braid). I am in the process of ordering a couple more to try. Ond of them is going to be for my shakey heads. Are you using the 6'9" Finesse spinning rod (Med/Light) for your Shakeys? Glad to hear you're satisfied with the rods.
