I caught 5 more but they were smaller. I had the misfortune to lose that FFS to a Bass. The line broke at the knot because in my haste, I had damaged the line trying to get the snap to 'snap'. I knew I should have retied as I made the cast and sure enough, a big one hit the FFS and when I set the hooks the second time, both were gone Crying or Very sad

Hinsdale,

Post away... many post their photo's here. There's one floating around somewhere of Trey with a nice 10+ pounder and Clifford with a nice hybrid. Clifford keeps teasing us with this "largest fish on a Helium ever", but we've yet to see the evidence Wink

Nice fish as always LR... wish I had a pond similar to yours nearby Smile How far do you have to drive to get there?

Thank's y'all.

SD: It take's me about 45-60 minutes to get there.

Btw, I learned something from someone(?) about those 'disappearing Images' that happen on some posts, mine for instance. If you want to see what those little 'red X's' are hiding, just right-click on the little box, then right- click on "Properties" and high-light the URL. Then "copy" it by right-clicking on the URL. Move your cursor up to the Toolbar Addy space and "Paste" the URL their. Then hit "Enter" and the Image will appear.

Hey Dan,

Ahhhh... 45-60 minutes is still cool, but not as close as I thought the pond might be to you. Still... fishing with a place pretty much to yourself and no water lice (aka water skiiers and personal watercraft) must be heaven. Smile
