Custom Cranker

check out one of my latest additions to the Bone Collection: a 7'3" Custom Composite Cranker, Fuji Micro guides, LEX Balance Kit... it is paired with a REVO MGX spooled with 12lbs FC. the whole set weighs in at 11.5oz. The Balance kit it really helps when switching from smaller to larger cranks and the rod excells with them all. I am very impressed with the loading characterists, the power, and the boat side management of surging fish.

Another quality build from Kistler... I now own 9 ZBones and just ordered another... keep up the great work!

I can tell you that this blank is perfect for the smaller cranks due to the soft tip in the glass portion of the rod. We enjoyed building it for John. Anyone wanting one needs to contact us direct to order this Composite blank as it is NOT on the Z bone Custom Rod Shop options. It is a special order.

I recently started fishing as co-angler while I wait on a new boat, so trimming my tackle was a must. In our world of specialized technique specific rods (even for crankin) I wanted to be able to take one rod to handle all my lipped crank applications. This 7"3" black beauty fits the bill... even small bills. I have not used it with any Traps, but I would imagine it would be great with some braid. right now I want to keep it "pure" billed cranker.
