broke tip?

I broke the tip on my 7' heavy ltx on a hook set. I was wondering how much to replace it and when i send it in is there any possible way i can get microm guids put on?

Fill out the claim form and our warranty dept will be in touch. Sorry, we are not putting micros on the Helium rods. Only custom Z bone and Micro Mags.

I sent in the claim fourm and still have not got a response, I also sent a reuglar e-mail with no response. When I got this rod (6/18/2010) I filled out the warrnty, but for some reason im not getting a reply. Im 15 years old & have five rods with my LTX2 being my favorite, im just trying to get back on the water with my most trused stick.

I had a claim too and it took some time to get a response. All I can tell ya is be patient with the staff. They are working very hard to handle everyone's warranty claims and I'm pretty sure that they will try to get to your claim in a timely manner,also. But, remember that there are only two or three people that handle the claims department and your claim is very important to them. Hope that this helps during your setback. See you fishing soon!
