will the He2MHC70 be a good t-rig/jig rod?

Yes, that is a perfect rod for t-rigging and jigs up to 1/2 oz.

Especially Texas Rigging. The Helium 2's are the most sensetive rods you will find.

That is a perfect rod for what you are looking for.
