Question about Magnesium 6'10 Medium Heavy Spinning Rod?

Postby TommyT » 6/7/06 4:40pm

Hello, Just wondering if anyone had this rod and could tell me how stiff the rod is and how it performs? I would like to use the rod with finesse type baits and small crank baits, along with flukes and tube baits. I guess i'm looking for an all purpose spinning rod for my Shimano Stella 2500FB with 10lb line. Thanks for the help.

I would go with a medium action rod instead of a medium heavy. The medium heavy has a tendeccy to over work light baits. The medium action will give you all the back bone you need.
