Got a question about the prostaff

Im a new member to kistler. and i was just wondering how old do u have to be to be on the prostaff? Just wondering because if there is no age limit i am interested. I dont know if im putting this in the write place but if anyone knows how i can find out how to get information about getting on the prostaff let me know. thanks.
