Fishing Rods

I'm seriously considering buying one of the 7' Heavy Jig N' Toad rods in the Magnesium TS line. I saw the review of these rods on Tackle Tour and I was very impressed. I was just wondering if someone could give me the weight of that particular rod? thanks!

That rod weighs 4.1oz.

I was going to use the rod mostly for fishing/pitching 3/8 ounce jigs. I saw that the lure weight rating is 1/4 - 1 1/2 oz. So the 3/8 ounce bait falls in the middle of there. But that is a very wide rating. Do you think this would be a good choice for that application?
