Fishing Rods

I have 4 blanks I bought and would like to know cost of having these built ?I also have an older crankbaits mag rod that the epoxy finish is coming of the rod guides would also like to know how much to fix this is the last mag crankbaits rod I have and it's my fav rod by far really need it fixed.I have broken all my others and they are now not avalible
