It's very rare to find great customer service anymore (at least that has been my experience). I judge the quality of a company not only by the product they produce and distribute, but also by how well they treat their customers. IMO, Trey goes above and beyond the call of duty when directly responding to our questions and comments. It's very rare to get a response from a company on the same day you send them a question, nonetheless to have one returned the same day by the company's owner! I wanted to say thanks for your hard work Trey! It's greatly appreciated!

The great thing about Kistler is you don't have to be a customer to be treated right. When I met Trey in '03 at the Houston Boat Show, there was a huge difference in how I was treated in contrast to the other rod company booths I visited. He was the only one that had the right rod for what I wanted (or at least the only one who understood what I wanted). When you are as enthusiastic about fishing as Trey, it shows in your product...
