Jig-n-Toad Special

Just curious,The older models rated from 1/4 to 1 1/2 oz. lures. The current model only rates up to 1 oz. The 7'8" stick did the same thing. Are these rods lighter action than the previous models? Why the change?

The Jig and Toad 2010 can handle a 1 1/2 ounce bait will not problems. We made the change so that folks who shop site unseen would not think the rod is too stiff by looking at the label specs.
The 78 is the same deal. Sorry for the confusion BUT the blanks are slightly different feeling that the 2008 models for sure. Better we think.
