I would call them if I were you. It will go alot faster this way. They are very busy right now with all of the new orders that are coming in. You can even talk to Trey if you call and let him know what's going on.

Give Reuben a call at ext 204 and he will contact you today. There must be some miscomunication going on and YES we are very swampd with calls. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Got a call from Reuben yesterday 3/2. Though the issue we determined was not under warranty, he nonetheless went out of his way to get me some info on where to get the minor repair done and helped me with a Z-Bone question I had already posted.

Great job on the follow through, after not necessarily meeting the mark on the front end.
