I sent my kistler magnesium back to the factory to get new micro guides 6weeks ago and havent heard any thing back who should i contact?

You should not need to contact anyone as we have your rod in work and it should be shipping out within a week or two. If you feel that your rod is missing, go ahead and call us and ask for Cindy. She should be able to let you know that we have your rod and it is in work.
